I’ve affixed several gold tone brooches (save one leaf pendant which I’ve sewn on) of various quality and eras by pinning them to the outer layer of the bag, and then securing the clasps with a little dot of Gem-Tac glue. I don’t like to use epoxy as it tends to give off a strong chemical odor before fading eventually but if you want a more permanent and secure option, that’s the way to go. This way, you can actually take the pins off and use them elsewhere if you really want to, but be aware they’re not truly permanently attached.
