East German Military Rain Trench coat with removable charms. Belted. Belt buckled straps on sleeves. Silver hardware. Partially lined. Is it waterproof? Not sure. It was sold as a rain trench, for what it’s worth. Interior pocket. Very oversize! I repaired a seam under the right arm.
