Vintage Berber/North African (?) handmade bottle pendant.
The body is warm copper with hand-cut brass appliqué in a sunburst motif. Two brass rings flank the shoulders for hanging or tying, and the turned metal stopper is original to the piece and is rare to find intact. Handmade elements: filed edges, soft hammer blows, and the organic irregularity that only comes from folk metalwork.
I’ve added a modern rose gold chain to make it wearable as a necklace, but the vessel itself is vintage, not sure of age. 1940’s-1970’s.
I have longer gold tone chain necklaces and can swap out, no problem.
I can also add rose oil if you’d like.
